Reception I anledning af NUNAMED 2022 indbyder Borgmesteren fra KOMMUNEQARFIK SERMERSOOQ til reception torsdag den 29. september kl. 16.30 -18.00 i Nuuk Lokalmuseum i Kolonihavnen, Hans Egedesvej 29/B-234. Priser og tilmelding Deltagelse i kongressen koster kr. 4.000, for studerende kr. 1.000 (ikke PhD-studerende). Konferencepakken omfatter deltagelse i konferencen, frokost på konferencedagene, konferencekit og konferencerapport. Gallamiddag koster kr. 600. Deltagelse én enkelt dag er mulig for kr. 1.000. Aftale om overnatning sker ved direkte henvendelse til hotellet pr. mail conference@HHE.gl, hvor man skal angive, man er NUNAMED-deltager i mailen. Der er et begrænset antal værelser til rådighed, så tidlig reservation anbefales. OBS: Deadline for reservation er 29. august. Der findes andre overnatningsmuligheder i Nuuk. Registration Registration and collection of name tags takes place from Friday morning, September 30 at 07.30 a.m in Katuaq. Reception On the occasion of NUNAMED 2022, the Mayor from KOMMUNEQARFIK SERMERSOOQ invites to a reception on Thursday 29 September at 4.30 – 6.00 pm in Nuuk Lokalmuseum in the Colonial harbour, Hans Egedesvej 29/B-234. Prices and registration Participation in the congress costs DKK 4,000, for students DKK 1,000 (not PhD students). The conference package includes participation in the conference, lunch on the conference days, conference kit and conference report. Gala dinner costs DKK 600. Participation for a single day is possible for DKK 1,000. Submission of abstracts Deadline 15 August 2022. See the Abstract page. Accomodation An agreement has been reached with Hotel Hans Egede on the reservation of hotel rooms at a special conference price. Room reservation is made by contacting the hotel directly per email on the address conference@HHE.gl. Please note in the mail that you are a NUNAMED participant. There are a limited number of rooms available, so early booking is recommended. NB: Deadline for reservation of hotel rooms is August 29. There are other accommodation options in Nuuk.
